Thank you for choosing GetTiket for your event ticketing needs. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate such situations while respecting the policies of event organizers. Below is our refund policy which outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Ticket Purchase Agreement

When you purchase a ticket through GetTiket, you agree to pay the full price of the ticket as listed at the time of purchase. This price includes any applicable surcharges, processing fees, taxes, and other fees. Please note that all tickets purchased through GetTiket are non-transferable and non-refundable except as outlined below.

Refund Conditions

  1. Organizer-Initiated Refunds: Refunds for tickets may be issued if the event organizer authorizes refunds under specific conditions (e.g., cancellation or significant change in event date or venue). In such cases, GetTiket will process refunds as instructed by the event organizer.
  2. Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, purchasers will automatically receive a refund for the face value of the ticket, including any service fees.
  3. Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be given the option to retain their tickets for the new date or request a refund, subject to organizer policy. Detailed instructions will be provided if such a situation occurs.
  4. Legal Requirements: In certain jurisdictions, consumers may have a legal right to a refund under specific circumstances. If such conditions apply, GetTiket will comply with applicable laws to process the refund.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, ticket purchasers must follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Submit a refund request through our customer support portal or via support@gettiket.com. Please include your order number and purchase details.
  2. Verification: Our team will verify the eligibility of your refund request based on the event organizer's policies and applicable laws.
  3. Processing: Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Payments are processed via our Payment Processing partners (Stripe and Flutterwave)

Non-refundable Charges

Please be aware that certain fees, such as processing or handling fees, may not be refundable, depending on the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase or the policies of the event organizer.
